Air Shack's Shopping/Quote Cart system makes selecting and ordering products online from Air Shack a breeze! If you have ordered products online before, you are likely familiar with the shopping cart system typically employed on web sites. Shopping carts allow you to keep track of items you are interested in purchasing in a virtual "shopping cart" that remembers items you have selected. Our Shopping/Quote Cart system works in fashion very similar to other shopping carts.
As you browse through our online showroom you will notice an "Add Item to Quote Cart" form at the bottom of each product information page. The Quote Cart forms allow you to select products along with multiple accessories.
To place an item in your Shopping/Quote Cart, select your desired options and press the "Add to Cart" button. After pressing the button, you will be presented with a short message indicating your item was added to the cart. If the items are available for immediate pricing the price will be displayed otherwise the quote option will appear.
Pressing the Continue Shopping Button will return you to the last page you were on (before pressing the "Add to Cart" button). To change the quantity for an item, click the quantity box and enter the new quantity and press the Update button. To remove an item from your Shopping/Quote Cart, press the "X" button to the right of the item you wish to delete. Item with a yellow background are options for the particular fan/light. These options can be removed by clicking on the "X" button as well.
Once you are finished selecting items, click the "Request Quote" button and you will be presented with a form to complete your request. When a product requires a quote, we will ask for your email address and shipping state in order to calculate shipping cost. There is an optional "How did you hear about u?" box and a newsletter subscription box as well.
Once you are have reviewed your information, press the "Submit" button. Your quote request will arrive to you in 2-3 minutes. From your email you will be able to view pricing. Also provided in the email is a link back to our site to checkout and purchase the product you quoted.
